My brother, who is a long-time client of W B White, referred me to them, and in particular Michelle.  I was dropped instantly by my previous insurer because I moved and one car came with me and the other car stayed back with my daughter. I was stunned and couldn't believe this had happened. Michelle and her team instantly got to work and found us better insurance for a lesser price. I ended up gifting the car to my daughter and everything has worked out beautifully.  Throughout the stressful process, Michelle worked diligently and professionally to get us covered the next day. I cannot say enough, how wonderful and friendly and helpful she is. I have been dealing with W B White Insurance since the mid 1980's, around 40 years. In all these years they have always been attentive to my needs. Always made me feel an important client to them.  Their premiums have always been fair, both home and auto. And yes I have periodically checked with other insurance agencies over the years to ensure that is the case. Good service and good premiums are important (price is not always everything).
Recently, I had cause to make some changes to my auto insurance plan and was extremely happy with the service I received. My current Account Manager and has been for several years now, Michelle Hughes, handled things promptly, made the changes happen almost instantly. She is a real pleasure to deal with and makes things so easy for me.

Alanna has been attentive, easy to talk too and quick to answer any questions and concerns.  I felt like she has truly gone above and beyond to take care of all my needs and wants when it comes to coverage.  I want to provide the best I can for my staff, and make sure they and their families have sufficient coverage should anything happen.  You need to trust your provider and broker.
